Tanika Wells, 50, passed away peacefully, January 23, 2021 due to pancreatic cancer.
She was born and raised in Staunton, Virginia.
Tanika was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She had a passion for helping others which led her to working for Staunton City Schools as a teacher's aide.
She is survived by her life-time partner, David Martin; daughter, Myquail Watts; a son, Donta' Martin; father and stepmother, Caldwell and Carol Bady; two uncles; four aunts; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marion Wells.
A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, January 28, 2021. Please contact family for more details.
