Randy Gene Messer's Obituary
Randy Gene Messer, 44, passed away Friday, November 8, 2013 at his residence.
Mr. Messer was born March 19, 1969, in Virginia, the son of Delores Jarrell Messer of Verona and the late Jesse G. Messer.
Randy had worked as a cook at the Beverley Restaurant, and previously had been a nursing assistant.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Messer is survived by two sons; Joshua Messer and girlfriend Kari Smith of Harrisonburg, and Caleb Messer of Texarkana, TX; a daughter, Courtney Messer of Texarkana, TX; his life partner James Rexrode of Verona; a brother Scottie Messer of Verona; two sisters, Missy Messer and fiance Chris Shirley of Moneta, and Pinky Messer of Johnstown, NY; two grandchildren and several aunts and uncles also survive.
A memorial service service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 14, 2013 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of his arrangements.
