Mary Lucinda (Shiflett) Hostetter, 65, widow of Robert Marshall Hostetter, of Cold Springs Road, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018 in Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Mrs. Hostetter was born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, on October 28, 1952, a daughter of the late Leo Alexander Shiflett, Sr. and Donnie Maxine (Milstead) Shiflett.
Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed reading her Bible, gardening, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband and father, Mrs. Hostetter was preceded in death by a brother, a sister, and a granddaughter, Kierra Bottenfield.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Greenville, is a son, Boyd A. Bottenfield, Jr. and his wife Ronda of Waynesboro; three daughters, Tina M. Harris and her husband Matthew of Raphine, Lisa G. Randozzo and her husband Harold of Greenville, and Lucinda J. Bottenfield of Staunton; five brothers, Johnny, Sr., Edward, James, Gerald, and Larry Shiflett; two sisters, Dianna Cale and Shirley Shiflett; eight grandchildren, Amanda, Brian, Joshua, Dominic, Kadedra, Jalayzha, Danielle and Arkadia; four great-grandchildren, Connor, Asher, Bentley and Bryce; and a special friend, Kathy Johnson.
A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 2, 2018 in Rockbridge Memorial Gardens, Lexington by the Pastor Don Cash.
The family will receive friends at each of Mrs. Hostetters childrens homes.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
