Timothy Richard Tim Rasnake, 53, of 15 North Lynnhaven Drive, passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at his residence.

Mr. Rasnake was born July 11, 1959 in Staunton, a son of Therman O. Rasnake and the late Alva (Slate) Rasnake.

Mr. Rasnake was a truck driver with Harrisonburg Auto Auction and a member of the National Rifle Association. Tim was a lover of music, played guitar and was a sound technician for a number of bands in the Augusta County area.

In addition to his father of Staunton, survivors include a brother, Thomas Glenn Rasnake of Harrisonburg; a nephew, Jeremy Rasnake; a great-nephew, Wyatt Rasnake and many friends.

A Graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 18, 2012 in Oaklawn Memory Gardens by Mrs. Mary Pysell.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
