Terry Wilson Smiley, 62, of Long Meadow Road, Waynesboro passed away Friday, May 5, 2023 in the Kings Daughters Community Health and Rehab in Staunton.

Mr. Smiley was born in Staunton, Virginia on September 13, 1960, a son of Mary Ellen (Western) Smiley and the late Thomas Wilson Smiley.

Terry retired from Beverage Tractor as a salesman, however he remained active, working along beside his son at T&M Cattle Company. He enjoyed fishing, riding horses and curing country hams with his buddies.

Surviving in addition to his mother of Waynesboro, is a son, Michael R. Smiley and his wife Gina of Waynesboro; and a grandson, Cordell Wilson Smiley.

Terry was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 11, 2023 in the Middle River Church of the Brethren Cemetery by Pastor Shane Lilly.

The family will receive friends following the service

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
