Suzanne Lamond, 60, of Staunton, Virginia, passed away Monday, June 3, 2013 at her residence.

Suzanne, a daughter of the late Bertram Bruce, Sr. and Joyce (Garvin) Lamond, was born on March 12, 1953 and spent her childhood in Bethesda, Maryland.

Ms. Lamond enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and she enjoyed music, traveling, the beach and doing needlepoint for her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her father, Ms. Lamond was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Trudi Lamond.

Surviving in addition to her mother of Staunton; is a son, Andy Lilley of Gainesville, FL; a daughter, Michelle (Lilley) Lowdermilk and her husband Brian of Buchanan, VA; three brothers, Bruce Lamond, Jr. and his wife, Linda of Staunton, Craig Lamond and his wife, Karen of South Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and Brian Lamond of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Cheryl (Lamond) Byrd of Staunton and Joyce Lee (Lamond) Sharp of Madison, VA; three grandchildren, Tiffany Clements and her fianc, Brandon Shafer, Kimberly Clements and Trystan Lowdermilk; a great grandson, Blaine Shafer; and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Thornrose Cemetery by Bryan Lamond.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
