Susan Marie Fitzgerald, 64, wife of Melvin Fitzgerald of Verona passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.

Susan was born in Addison, Michigan on October 20, 1956, a daughter of the late James and Corene P. Wagner.

Susan had a big heart and a beautiful smile, always bringing joy to the room, and most of all she loved her family. Susan will be missed by all who knew her.

Surviving, in addition to her husband of 48 years are three daughters, Millie Fitzgerald of Verona, Sarah Rosen and her husband, Chris of Staunton, and Rosa Berg of Waynesboro; six siblings, Faye Sutherland, Patty Baker, Josie Redifer, Sally Miller, Sharon Bussard, and Charlie Crawford; ten grandchildren, Lane Fitzgerald, Chance Ream, Blake Clark, Jared Rosen, Lucas Clark, Wyatt Fitzgerald, Georgia Payne, Jacob Rosen, Brooklyn Yeago, and Jade Berg; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Family and friends may pay their respects from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
