Stewart Shaffren, a resident of Fishersville, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the age of 39.

Born on September 6, 1986 in New York, Stewart brought warmth and light to the lives of everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his beloved wife of two years, Lan Le; his loving mother, Karen Shaffren; his brother, Harrison Shaffren; and his special nephew, Alex, who held a very dear place in his heart.

Stewart was preceded in death by his devoted father, Michael Shaffren.

Stewart’s life, though far too short, was marked by the love he shared with his family and the quiet moments they cherished together in the community they called home.

A gathering to honor Stewart’s memory and celebrate his life will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Coffman Funeral Home.

All friends, neighbors, and those whose lives were touched by Stewart are warmly invited to come and share their support and memories with his family during this time.
