Steven Franklin Steve Berry, 54, of 13 Celebrity Lane, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at his residence.
Mr. Berry was born November 16, 1960 in Staunton, a son of Alfred Franklin, Jr. and Amelia (Jones) Berry.
Steve was of the Lutheran faith.
Mr. Berry was preceded in death by his sister, Cathi Rae Lovegrove; maternal grandparents, Raymond C. and Nancy (Smith) Jones and paternal grandparents, Alfred Franklin, Sr. and Margie (Baylor) Berry.
Surviving in addition to his parents of Fishersville, is a nephew Jacob Lovegrove; a niece, Jodi Simpson and her husband Jon; and a great-niece, Autumn Lovegrove.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
A Celebration of life will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2015 in Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Robert D. McCarty.
Burial will follow at Pleasant View Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Dick Clark, Jim Eppard, Richard Jones, Eddie Jones, Michael Jones, and Jon Simpson.
Steves family would like to give their heartfelt thanks to Dick and Georgia Clark for their many acts of kindness in friendship shown to Steve over the years.
