Steven James Simmons, 57, husband of Martha Rachel Simmons, of 568 Whetstone Draft Road passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015 at his residence.

Mr. Simmons was born on December 28, 1957 in Staten Island, New York, a son of the late Edward J. Simmons and Regina (Costa) Simmons.

Mr. Simmons was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corp, and was Finance Director for Valley Honda, Nissan, Subaru, and Volkswagen.

In addition to his mother of New Hampshire and his wife of 34 years is a son, Edward J. Simmons at home; a brother, David Simmons and his wife Renee Sarett of Maine; three sisters, Linda Simmons and her husband Gary Langley of Massachusetts, Carole Simmons of Maine, and Jeannie Simmons and her husband Gunter Reimnitz of Washington; and mother in-law, Ruth Stiess of New York; and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

A Memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 16, 2015 in the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
