Sidney George Labrake, 86, husband of Sharon E. Labrake of Mount Sidney, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at his residence.

Mr. Labrake was born in Syracuse, New York on April 14, 1936, a son of the late Leonard George Labrake and Evelyn (Andrews) Labrake.

Sidney was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was retired from Coors Brewing Company. He was a loving father, husband and will be greatly missed by all. He leaves behind many loving memories of family and much travel time.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Labrake was preceded in death by five siblings.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of forty-two years, are four children; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
