Shirley (Deck) Perkins, 87, widow of Kenneth Hugh Perkins, of Churchville, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
Mrs. Perkins was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 27, 1936, daughter of the late Charles and Hattie (Tipton) Deck.
There will be no formal services.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton, is in charge of her arrangements.
