Obituary

Shirley (Riley) Campbell, 72, wife of Billy Wayne Campbell, of Steeles Tavern, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at the Shenandoah Hospice House in Fishersville.

Mrs. Campbell was born in Clifton Forge, Virginia on January 19, 1953, a daughter of the late William Robert Riley and Piney Lee (McGlothlin) Riley.

Shirley was a member of Middlebrook Church of God and retired from The Pink Cadillac Restaurant. She loved playing bingo, talking on the phone, and brightening others' days with her infectious sense of humor. Shirley also lovingly cared for her mother-in-law and father-in-law.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Campbell was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Wayne Campbell; a brother, Roy Dean Riley; two sisters, Dinah Riley and Linda (Riley) Nofsinger; and a sister-in-law, Mildred Ann "Pee-Wee" Campbell.

Surviving, in addition to her husband of fifty-five years, is a daughter, Amanda R. Perez and her husband, Wayne of Stuarts Draft; a brother, Thomas William "Tom" Riley and his wife, Iris of Churchville; a sister, Helen (Riley) Leslie of Lexington; a brother-in-law, William "Bill" Campbell of Fairfield; and two grandchildren, Austin Kyger and Cheyanne Campbell.

There will be no public services.

The family would like to express a sincere "Thank you" to Dr. Rob Marsh and his Associates and the Shenandoah Hospice House for the care and compassion shown to Mrs. Campbell.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
