Sandra Marie "Sandy" Ruley, 57, of Verona, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018 at her residence.

Miss Ruley was born on June 23, 1961 in Staunton, a daughter of Josephine (McCray) Ruley and the late Cletis Rex Ruley, Jr.

Sandy retired from GENESCO where she was employed as a presser. She was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt.

In addition to her father, Miss Ruley was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ruley.

Surviving in addition to her mother of Verona, is a sister, Brenda Kay Ruley and her partner Johnny Botkin of Verona; a nephew, Christopher Sarver of Verona; and a niece, Joleda Sarver of Verona.

A Graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 25, 2018 in Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church Cemetery by Rev. Larry Strickler and Mr. Tim Strickler.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
