In loving memory of our beautiful mother and sister, Sandra Kay Bowers, who passed away November 10, 2014, at the age of 54.

Sandy was a graduate of Rockbridge High School. She earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Ferrum College. Sandy played 3 years of basketball at Ferrum as well.

She worked with Ben Partlow of Partlow Financial Services for many years and was a dedicated friend and employee.

Sandy leaves behind her two beautiful children, Daniel L. Bowers, Jr. and Erin B. Bowers; her mother, Loretta Elbon; two brothers, Jeff Elbon and wife Julie and Doug Elbon and wife Debra; one sister, Robin Pennington; her companion and faithful dog, Joe; and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly also survive.

Sandy will be missed by all who loved her sense of humor, boisterous laugh, and the love she gave us all so generously.

All services will be private.
