Ruth (Honaker) Rowe Seal, 95, of Biltmore Avenue, Staunton, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at King's Daughters Nursing and Rehab in Staunton.

Mrs. Seal was born in Russell County, Virginia on January 16, 1926, a daughter of the late Leonard Honaker and Bessie Alice (Stump) Honaker.

Ruth was a member of Victory Worship Center. She enjoyed needlepoint and listening to music.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Seal was preceded in death by three husbands, Raymond Rowe, John "Smokey" Randolph and Fred Seal; two brothers, Paul Honaker and David Honaker; and four sisters, Annabelle Compton, Irene Flinchum, Elizabeth Intartagli, and Lucille Stamper.

Mrs. Seal is survived by a son, David R. Rowe and wife Susan of Waynesboro; two sisters, Margaret Stump of King Mountain, Virginia and Phyllis Jean Smith of Roanoke; a granddaughter, Samantha Potter and her mother Terry Rowe; and three great-grandchildren, Brianna Owens, Abigail Potter and Jayden Potter.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Oaklawn Memory Gardens in Staunton, by Pastor Ray Eppard.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
