Rosebud (Ashby) VanFossen, 92, widow of Murry VanFossen formerly of Vinson Street passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2016 in the Envoy of Staunton.
Mrs. VanFossen was born on May 6, 1923 in Staunton, a daughter of the late Joseph R. and Nettie (Craun) Ashby.
Rosebud was a member of Elk Run Church of the Brethren. She retired from DuPont where she worked as a factory worker.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. VanFossen was preceded in death by a daughter, Marie Mitchell (VanFossen) Coulbourn.
Surviving is a son-in-law, Levin T. Coulbourn; a granddaughter, Lori McDonald; and great-granddaughter, Amber McDonald all of Staunton.
Services are private.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
