Rosa Lee Tootie (Harris) Wolfe, 72, wife of Donnie F. Wolfe, Sr., of 75 Neff Drive, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2015 at her residence.
Mrs. Wolfe was born on May 2, 1942 in Staunton, a daughter of the late Daniel David and Lula Myrtle (Chandler) Harris.
Rosa retired in 2008 from Unifi after 27 years of service. She enjoyed fishing, going to yard sales and collecting salt and pepper shakers. Mrs. Wolfe loved family gatherings of all occasions and enjoyed anything that involved time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wolfe was preceded in death by a daughter, Regina Kay Wolfe.
Surviving in addition to her husband of forty-nine years, are two sons, Donnie F. Wolfe, Jr. and his wife Debra and David L. Wolfe and his wife Nikki both of Stuarts Draft; two daughters, Tina R. Bowman and her husband Bruce of Waynesboro and Rebecca D. Armstrong and her husband Justin of Stuarts Draft; seven grandchildren, Tabitha Bowman, Tiffany Bowman, Courtney Wolfe, Logan Wolfe, Ashlyn Wolfe, Troy Wolfe and Dylan Sorrells; a great-granddaughter, Tiana Phillips; and her two special pet dogs, Jade and Sadie Jane.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2015 in Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory and other times the residence.
A Graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 4, 2015 in the White Hill Church of the Brethren Cemetery by Pastor Richard Peters.
