Ronnie Lee Hogsett, 56, of 1701 Springhill Road, passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014, at his residence.
Mr. Hogsett was born March 3, 1958, in Staunton a son of James R. and Betty Mae (Marshall) Hogsett.
Ronnie retired as a Tool Man from Carpenter Tech and liked spending time with his family and auctioning.
In addition to his loving wife, Velda Gay (Anderson) Moran Hogsett, and parents, Mr. Hogsett was preceded in death by one step-child, Tammy Moran and one step-grandchild, Timothy Moran.
Mr. Hogsett is survived by a daughter, Autumn Crouse of Staunton; a loving companion, Jelly; a brother, Donnie Hogsett and wife Jenny of Staunton; two sisters, Linda Crummett and husband Jimmy of Mt. Sidney and Brenda Simmons and husband Gary of Doe Hill; three grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren also survive.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 11, 2014, in the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the residence.
A Celebration of life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 12, 2014, in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Mark Westebbe.
Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memory Gardens.
