Ronald Lee 'Ronnie' Boyers' Obituary
Ronald Lee Ronnie Boyers, 59, husband of Chrystal (Sheffer) Boyers of 576 Stover Shop Road, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at his residence.
Mr. Boyers was born on July 20, 1956 in Staunton, a son of Maxine (Hollar) Boyers and the late Julius M. Boyers.
Ronnie retired from the Augusta Correctional Center as a Lieutenant and he had been a campground host at the North River Campground.
In addition to his father, Mr. Boyers was preceded in death by a sister, Pam Knott.
Surviving in addition to his wife of sixteen years, is a daughter, Amanda Gilbert; a step-son, Nathan Maddox; twin brother, Rusty Boyers and his wife Debbie; a special nephew, Cody Boyers; and special friend, Howard Wyatt.
In keeping with Mr. Boyers request, there will be no services.
It is suggested those desiring make memorial contributions to the Emily Couric Cancer Center, UVA Medical Center, 1240 Lee Street, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton, is in charge of his arrangements.
