Roger Dale Snell, 55, husband of Faye Snell of 18 Winter Lane, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 6, 2018 in Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Mr. Snell was born on May 3, 1962 in Charlottesville, a son of Leila (Ledden) Snell and the late Kenneth Burton Snell.
Roger was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church, he was a truck driver for Nordex and he enjoyed spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his loving wife of 35 years and his mother are two sons, Raymond D. Snell and his wife Erin of Waynesboro, and Clint A. Snell and his wife Elizabeth of Stuarts Draft; a daughter, Shanda F. Shifflett and her husband Jeremy of Waynesboro; two brothers, Bobby Snell and his wife Carolyn and Doug Snell and his wife Libby; a sister, Peggy Knapp and her husband Ike; four grandchildren, Katie Snell, Ruby Snell, Sarah Snell and Emma Snell and one on the way; special friends, Becky Arehart and Ruth and Tommy Carr and family; and his special pet, Cuddles.
A Memorial service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Mark Finch.
