Robin Renae Puffenbarger's Obituary

Robin Renae (Jarvis) Puffenbarger, 49, wife of Oather Carl Puffenbarger, Jr. of 146 Mish Barn Road passed away, Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at her residence.

Mrs. Puffenbarger was born June 15, 1964 in Staunton, a daughter of Raymond William and Ida Alleta (Hott) Jarvis.

Robin was a life member of Immanuel Presbyterian Church at Walkers Creek and was employed as secretary with the Augusta County Schools in the Maintenance Department. She was a former member of the Middlebrook Fire Department; she enjoyed all outdoor activities with her husband and family including farming, hunting and fishing. Robins life was her family and her precious granddaughter.

Surviving in addition to her parents and husband of Middlebrook, is a daughter, Ashley Renae (Puffenbarger) Carroll and husband Mark of Verona; a step-daughter, Jessica M. Puffenbarger of Churchville; a granddaughter and the joy of her life, Madison Laine Carroll; an uncle and aunt as well as Robins God Parents, Junior and Helen Jarvis; an additional uncle, Jake Jarvis and wife Mildred all of Middlebrook; two brothers-in-law, Billy Puffenbarger and Buck Puffenbarger and his wife Kelli all of Churchville and many special cousins, nieces, nephews and friends also survive.

A Celebration of life will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2013 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Larry Strickler.

Burial will follow in the Immanuel Presbyterian Church Cemetery at Walkers Creek.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2013 in Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the residence.

Active pallbearers will be Ron Houser, Travis Moyers, Doug Ramsey, Jimmy Hemp, Danny Grimm, Dale Grimm and David Grimm.

Honorary pallbearers will be co-workers at Augusta County Schools Maintenance Department.

It is suggested that those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Immanuel Presbyterian Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Junior Jarvis, 138 Cherry Grove Road, Middlebrook, VA 24459.
