Robin Michelle Bady, 51, peacefully passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018 at her home in Richmond, Virginia.

Ms. Bady was born on December 8, 1966 in Staunton. She was the daughter of the late Page Miller and the late Dixie Lee Reed and her late step-father Leon Reed, Jr.

Michelle was a graduate from Virginia State University as well as a member of the ROTC. She was a devoted member of Friendship Church and was employed by Comcast in the Technical Support department.

Michelle was known for her laughter, storytelling, and her love for the holidays. To Michelle, spending time with family and close friends was what brought her much joy, especially if it was combined with her love for camping and the outdoors.

She is survived by her brother, Marcus M. Reed and his fiance Makeba Robinson; nieces and nephews, Jaylin Reed, Izaiah Reed, and Adren Reed (her son, Kamden); goddaughter, Mattie Angela Woods; aunts and uncles, Alee Bady, Caldwell Bady and wife Carol, Robert Bady and wife Georgiana, Mary Pryor and Laura Bady; beloved family members, Vincent Bady, cousins, Ricky Bady (Ashley), Candy Calloway, Lucas Bady, Angela McCreery (Eric), Alonzo Adams, Tanika Wells, Yolanda Marrow (Melvin), Destiny Hooke-Bady and a host of other cousins; special friends, Lori Nicholson, Joyce Woods, and Dion.

A celebration of life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2018 in Coffman Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow in Oaklawn Memory Gardens.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton, is in charge of her arrangements.
