Robert Dean Bob McDaniels, 75, husband of Sandra Kaye McDaniels of 3040 Parkersburg Turnpike passed away Monday, October 3, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. McDaniels was born on October 14, 1940 in Rockwood, Tennessee, a son of the late Ralph and Juanita (Pierce) McDaniels.

Bob was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Knoxville, Tennessee, he retired in 2004 from Dean Foods (Shenandoahs Pride) with twenty-six years of service and was in the United States National Guard. Mr. McDaniels enjoyed reading, watching and attending baseball and football games and was an avid Tennessee Volunteer Fan.

Surviving in addition to his wife of thirty-eight years are two sons, Jonathon R. McDaniels and his wife Leah of Washington, DC and David R. McDaniels of Swoope; two sisters, Barbara McDaniels of Knoxville, Tennessee and Rebecca Mathis and husband Tim of Lenoir City, Tennessee; and a special friend, David Ross of Atlanta, Georgia.

A Graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 7, 2016 in Thornrose Cemetery by Rev. Olivia Haney.

The family will receive friends following the service.
