Robert Luck "Bob" Johnson, 87, widower of Patsye Lee (Mathews) Johnson, of Deerfield, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026 at Augusta Nursing and Rehabilitation in Fishersville.

Mr. Johnson was born in Richmond, Virginia on April 30, 1938, the son of the late Floyd Luck Johnson and Louise Rosa (Glass) Johnson.

Bob was a writer.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Paul E. Johnson.

Surviving is a son, Tyler Blake Johnson and his wife, Sara; four daughters, Jennifer Glass Morrison, Lara Luck Johnson, Tracey Elizabeth Temple and her husband, Bryan, and Virginia Clayton "Ginger" Johnson; five grandchildren, Matthew Morrison, Rebecca Devine, Tiffany Johnson, Wren Bagley, and Nickolas Bishop: and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be at a later date.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
