Rex George Pap Kisamore, 70, husband of Juanita F. Sue Kisamore passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at his residence.
Mr. Kisamore was born on August 11, 1943 in Pendleton County, WVA, a son of the late Edward J. and Sybilla C. (Allen) Kisamore.
Mr. Kisamore was employed by Kisamore Lumber where he worked as a truck driver for more than forty years.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Kisamore was preceded in death by a grandson, Robert L. Robbie Kisamore.
Surviving in addition to his wife of forty-eight years are four sons, Rex G. Kisamore, Jr. of Timberville, Larry A. Kisamore and his wife Peggy of Churchville, David L. Kisamore and his wife Tina May of Woodstock, and Robert E. Kisamore and his wife Lisa of Staunton; grandchildren, Derec Kisamore, Travis Kisamore, Lauran Kisamore, and Jeffrey Kisamore; and Raquel Kisamore, Brandon Kisamore and their mother, Candy Brown; a great granddaughter, Kayleigh M. Kisamore; brothers and sisters, Ray Kisamore, Gay (Kisamore) Botkin, Roy Kisamore, Ruby (Kisamore) Miller, Ronna (Kisamore) Bennett, Barbara (Kisamore) Shoemaker, Roger Kisamore, Dolan Kisamore, Kenton Kisamore, and Carolyn (Kisamore) Bly;
special friend, Amber Hoover; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 15, 2014 in Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
A Graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 16, 2014 in the Green Hill Cemetery in Churchville by Pastor Denny Sites.
Active pallbearers will be Tim Hover, Burnie Campbell, Corey Wheeler, Aaron Botkin, Chris Cleveland and Tyler Holisinger.
