Penny Lee Guin, 58, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at her residence.

Penny was born in Staunton, Virginia on May 15, 1964, the daughter of W.R. "Bobby" Guin and the late Margaret Agnes (Leach) Guin.

Penny was the co-owner of the Mountain View General Store and was employed at Western State Hospital as a maintenance supervisor for thirty-two years.  In her spare time, she loved going to the beach and driving to the "Point".

Surviving, is W.R. "Bobby" Guin and (Karen) of Fishersville, Barbara Louise "Barb" Sickels of West Augusta, and Kyle Yarush of Culpepper.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2023 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Mark Reuter.

Burial will follow in the West Augusta Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the pavilion at Scotland Farm across from the cemetery.

It is suggested that those desiring, make memorial contributions to the Deerfield Fire & Rescue, 2927 Deerfield Valley Road, Deerfield, VA 24432.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
