Paula Sue Craun, 70, of Swoope, Virginia passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.

Ms. Craun was born in Rockingham County, Virginia on December 29, 1955, a daughter of the late Charles Raymond Craun and Elizabeth (Daggy) Miller.

Paula worked as a store assistant at IGA, where she was known for her friendly spirit. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, singing along to her favorite songs by Reba McEntire, playing Candy Crush, and simply relaxing and enjoying life.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Craun was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Malachi Mooneyham and Huntley Scott.

Surviving, is her significant other, James Kellison; three children, Damien Mooneyham, Kara Kanney, and Erika Leah Barrett; three step-sons, James Henry Kellison, Joshua Willard Kellison, and Jeremy Robert Kellison; a brother, Kenny Craun; two sisters, Reta Crissman and Marcia Grimm; ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
