Paul Elvert Mitchell's Obituary
Paul Elvert Mitchell, 80, husband of Reanell (Vandevander) Mitchell of 636 Essex Drive, passed away Monday, October 6, 2014, at his residence.
Mr. Mitchell was born on March 1, 1934, in Sugar Grove, West Virginia, the son of the late Eldon Elvert and Lottie (Kiser) Mitchell.
Paul retired as a driver from Smiths Transfer and was a member of Christ Lutheran Church.
In addition to his wife, Paul is survived by two sons, Steven E. Mitchell and Michael A. Mitchell of Staunton.
Mr. Mitchell is the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Services will be private.
It is suggested those desiring make memorial contributions to Christ Lutheran Church 2807 North Augusta Street, Staunton, VA 24401, or Staunton Augusta Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 2566, Staunton, VA 24402.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
