"Pat" Lobban
July 14, 1938 – July 23, 2022
Patsy Ellen "Pat" (Haynes) Lobban, 84, widow of Ray William Lobban of Afton, was called home to be with her Lord on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville.
Ms. Lobban was born in Waynesboro, Virginia on July 14, 1938, a daughter of the late Rexford "Rex" and Halcie Pauline (Carter) Haynes.
Patsy is a member of the Aero Drive Church of God. She enjoyed flowers and doing yardwork at her home, where being outside on her lawn mower made her the happiest. Music was a big part of her life and she enjoyed listening to music at home and at church.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Wayne Haynes.
Surviving are her children, Neal Lobban and his wife, Lisa and Brian Lobban and his wife, Jennifer; grandchildren, Justin Lobban and his wife, Erica, Clint Lobban and his wife, Madelina, Brandon Lobban and his wife, Tiffany, and Christopher Lobban and his wife, Catie; great-grandchildren, Ray, Titus, and Timothy Lobban; sisters, Joyce Cullen and her husband, Raymond, June Batzel and her husband, Dan, Wanda Wimer and her husband, Phil, Sharon Wyant and her husband, Kenny, and Carolyn Cline and her husband, Richard; and a number of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at the Aero Drive Church of God in Waynesboro with Pastor Daniel W. Hines and Dale Raynes officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow in Rodes United Methodist Church Cemetery in Afton.
Active pallbearers will be her four grandsons, Justin, Clint, Brandon, and Christopher and Todd and Seth Campbell.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
