Patsy Ann Noe, 78, of C Street, Staunton passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at her residence.

She was born in Waynesboro on April 25, 1947, a daughter of the late James H. and Nellie Lorraine (Truslow) Noe.

A person of deep faith and quiet joy, Patsy was an active member of Sherando Community Church, where community and service were central to life. She found great peace in simple pleasures — reading, bird watching, and observing wildlife, often taking time to appreciate the beauty of God's creation. Patsy also enjoyed watching British mysteries.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Carrie Lynn Humphreys; and a brother, James Noe, Jr.

She is survived by her sister, Cathy Fauber of Steeles Tavern and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2026 in Sherando Community Church by Pastor Billy Coffey.

The family will receive friends following the service.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
