Patsy Jean Dameron, 69, widow of Donald Ray Johnson and Danford Noel Gayhart, of Hunter Road in Staunton, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at her residence.

Mrs. Dameron was born in Waynesboro, Virginia on November 7, 1953, a daughter of the late William Dameron and Elenora (Robertson) Dameron.

Patsy retired from D.M. Conner as an office clerk, was an avid bowler, and enjoyed crafting.

Surviving, are two daughters, Angela "Angie" Brooks and Lucinda "Cindy" Johnson, both of Staunton; a sister, Lois Dameron of Conway, Arizona; three grandchildren, Dakota Brooks, Sr. and his fiancé Lili, Alicia Johnson, and Nathaniel "Nathan" Johnson; two great-grandchildren, Joseph "Dru" Ferrell and Dakota Brooks, Jr.; her pet dog, "Meana"; three nieces and many beloved friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
