Patricia A. Russell

STAUNTON:

Patricia Ann (Bibb) Russell, 74 of 70 Woodlee Road, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at her residence.
Mrs. Russell was born April 24, 1936 in Harrisonburg, a daughter
of the late G. Garnett and Pauline (Bazzle) Bibb.
Patricia was retired from Mary Baldwin College where she was employed as a receptionist and later in the housekeeping department. She was a volunteer with the Gypsy Hill Express in the Gypsy Hill Park and she greatly enjoyed her pets.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Kennie Lee Baker; a grandson, Teylan Baker and a great-granddaughter, Cassie.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen D. Powell and her husband Tom of Verona and Leslie A. Kibbe and her husband David of Winchester; five grandchildren, Tommy Powell and his wife Laurie, Timmy Powell and his wife Tonya, Lyndsi Guyer, Brandon Kibbe and Blake Kibbe; three great grandchildren, Madison Powell, Jadyn Powell and Jace Powell and special friends, Cliff and Erma Fretwell also survive.
A graveside will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2010 in Oaklawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens by Pastor Eddie S. Hooke.
The family will receive friends 6-8:00 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2010 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Tom Powell, 41 Jefferson Street, Verona, VA.
It is suggested that memorial contributions be made to Staunton/Augusta Rescue Squad, Post Office Box 2566, Staunton, Virginia 24402.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
