Ocie Lee (Fitzgerald) Bryant Campbell, 86, of Lee Jackson Highway passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at the home of her son.
Mrs. Campbell was born March 14, 1928 in Nelson County, a daughter of the late Thuel Byron and Eula Jane (Fitzgerald) Fitzgerald.
Ocie was a member of Middlebrook Church of God and was retired from Hollister, Inc. Mrs. Campbell enjoyed baking, sewing, making crafts and art painting.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Campbell was preceded in death by her first husband, Fishburne Bryant, her second husband, Lawrence Campbell; a son, Carson E. Bryant; a brother, Claude M. Fitzgerald and a sister, Elva May Eggleston.
Surviving is a son, Daniel I. Danny Bryant of Greenville; a sister, Doris Anna Campbell of Amherst; three grandchildren, Danelle Moran and her husband Steven, Lisa Bryant-Plogger and her husband Randy and Melissa Bryant; a great-grandson, Jaxon Moran; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 20, 2015 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Merle Dodson.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Burial will be private in the Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
