Nancy Bell (Coffman) Back, 86, widow of William Franklin Back, of Staunton, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Brookdale of Staunton.

Mrs. Back was born in Staunton, Virginia on September 12, 1935, a daughter of the late Henry Rudolph Coffman and Aimee Dorthea (Arehart) Coffman.

Nancy was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Francis Coffman, Oliver Rudolph Coffman, Henry B. Coffman, and Melvin S. Coffman; and two sisters, Vyola Coffman and Dorthea Brownlee.

Surviving are two sons, Stephen F. Back of Staunton and Walter M. Back of Bridgewater; two daughters, Sharon B. Meeks and Karen B. Hays both of Staunton; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

There will be no services.
