Mildred Wagner Reynolds's Obituary

Mildred Granny (Wagner) Reynolds, 94, widow of Willard Woodrow Bill Reynolds, formerly of Beverley Court, Staunton, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Augusta Health and Rehab Center in Fishersville.
Mrs. Reynolds was born in Highland County on November 23, 1919, a daughter of the late Walter Wayne, Sr. and Emma (Beverage) Wagner.
Mildred retired in 1983 as a line inspector for A.S.R. with over 20 years of service. She was an active member of St. James United Methodist Church. Mrs. Reynolds and her husband Bill were charter members of theHappy Travelers Club, and she enjoyed very much spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Mildred was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Paul J. Ribet; three brothers, Merle B. Wagner, Chuck Wagner, and Walter June Wagner, Jr.; and three sisters, Maggie Lee Townsend, Argil Paterno, and Ina W. Harrigan.
Surviving are two daughters, Peggy (Reynolds) Ribet of Waynesboro, and Betty (Reynolds) Rowe and husband William D. Bill of Stuarts Draft; one brother, Paul Wagner of Fairfax; five grandchildren, David S. Ribet, Terri E. Ribet, Leslie R. Sandoval and husband Corey, Brenda R. Whitehead and husband Joe, and Beverly R. Smith and husband Jesse; six great-grandchildren, Courtney Ribet, Seth Whitehead, Ashley Smith, Paul J. Ribet II, Ethan Whitehead, and Travis Smith; one great-great-grandson, Landon Scott Ribet and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, and other times the homes of her children.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at St. James United Methodist Church by the Rev. Eddie Barnett and Rev. JoAnn Bunn.
Burial will follow at Thornrose Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Tom Rose, Mike Lambert, Pete Lovegrove, Eddie Pitsenbarger, Frank Black, Fred Botkin, and Jim Berry.
