Anna Mildred (Stultz) Fisher, 90, widow of Franklin A. Fisher, Sr. of 21 Woodlee Road, passed away November 15, 2010, at Shenandoah Nursing Home.
Mrs. Fisher was born November 30, 1919, in Willow Grove, PA., a daughter of the late William and Anna (McGinnis) Stultz and was the last surviving member of her family.
Surviving is her son Franklin A. (Frank) Fisher, Jr., of Fishersville; a daughter, Pamela Helen (Fisher) Nelson and her husband Geoffrey of Arvada, CO., six grandchildren, Sara L. Nelson, Benjamin C. Nelson, Rachel L. Nelson, Daniel A. Nelson, Lucas A. Fisher and Lauren A. Fisher; and three great granddaughters Adeline M. Nelson, Isabelle G. Nelson, and Olivia M. Nelson.
Mildred volunteered 2000 hours at St. Marys Hospital, in Langhorne, PA., worked the voting polls for 30 years and was an avid bridge player. She will be remembered by the family for her sewing, cooking, knitting, her love of history and playing games.
A Graveside service will be conducted in Doylestown, PA in late December.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory at 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is handling the arrangements.
