Michael Leroy Souza's Obituary
Michael LeRoy Souza, 70, husband of Wanda L. Souza of Rocky Hill Lane passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 in Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Mr. Souza was born on April 7, 1945 in Los Angeles California, a son of the late William James and Patricia Jean (Carter) Souza.
Mr. Souza was a retired veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witness. He enjoyed wood working, computer games, Star Trek and playing with his pet cats.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 38 years are two sons, David Troy Souza and Michael A. Souza and his wife Stephanie; a daughter, Cherice M. Knott and her husband Alfie all of Staunton; three grandchildren, Devon Troy Souza, Madison Fitzgerald, and Aiden L. Knott.
At the request of Mr. Souza all services will be private.
It is suggested those desiring make memorial contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton, is in charge of his arrangements.
