Mr. Koogler was born on August 8, 1962 in Waynesboro, a son of the late John Thomas Koogler and Lucille (Breeden) Koogler.
He was employed as a carpenter\u0027s helper.
Survivors include a brother, Jeffrey Scott Koogler and a sister, Vickie Hoke both of Waynesboro.
Services are private.
