Mary Lou (McDorman) Bayne, 80, widow of the late Roy Junior Bayne of Staunton, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the King's Daughters Community Health and Rehabilitation Center in Staunton.

Ms. Bayne was born on October 1, 1942 in Richmond, a daughter of the late Charles and Myrtle (McCray) McDorman.

Mary Lou worked for the city of Staunton for many years.

She is survived by her children, Henry Bayne (Christina) and Debbie Dooms (Richard); grandchildren, Courtney Bayne and Shasta Dooms; step-grandsons, Allen and Brent Gilbert; great-grandchildren, Lil' Wayne, Brayden, Grayson, London, and Stella; a brother, Richard McDorman and a sister, Deanna White.

At her request, burial will be private in Augusta Memorial Park.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
