Martha Susan (McAllister) Hamilton, 67, widow of Robert Edwin "Bobby" Hamilton, of Waynesboro, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023 at her residence.

Ms. Hamilton was born in Waynesboro, Virginia on November 19, 1955, the daughter of the late Roy Edward McAllister and Claudine (Davis) McAllister.

Martha Susan was the receptionist at Boyd's Hairdressers for several years before she was disabled. For many years, she enjoyed daily walks with her friends at Gypsy Hill Park and along Bell's Lane in Staunton. In recent years, she traveled to California, Utah, and Florida to visit her grandchildren. She loved sitting in the warm sun at the beach or by the swimming pool, holding her puppy Sophia Rose, and drinking Caramel Macchiatos.

In addition to her parents and husband, Ms. Hamilton is preceded in death by a son, Bobby Hamilton.

Surviving, are three sons, Aaron Hamilton (Fanny Indrawati) of Waynesboro, Virginia, Adam Hamilton (Camron) of St. George, Utah, and Andrew Hamilton (Melissa) of Staunton, Virginia; and six grandchildren, Mack, Noah, Trace, Ivorie, Matthew, and Michael.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Laurel Hill Baptist Church.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is handling her arrangements.
