Mark William Christenson, 63, of Staunton passed away Sunday, April 26, 2020.

Mr. Christensen was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a son of the late G. William and Alliean (Johnson) Christensen.

Mark was born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana but spent most of his adult life in Staunton.

He was fierce in spirit, gentle in action and loved rock n roll music.

In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by a sister, Kris Christensen, and step-mother, Marilyn Christensen.

Surviving is a brother, Hans L. Christensen of Orlando, Florida; and a step-brother, John H. Edwards of Dayton, Ohio.

Mark and his family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the many people in Staunton that made this his home. You were all his family.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a future date.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
