Maria Rosa (Angele) Ruebush, 76, widow of Marvin Eugene Ruebush
of Berry Farm Road, Staunton passed away Friday, September 10, 2010 in Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Mrs. Ruebush was born March 25, 1934 in Biberach, Germany, a daughter of the late Johan and Josephine (Landtaler) Angele.
Maria was a military wife for thirty years and was retired from AMP where she worked as an inspector. She loved getting together and cooking especially for those wonderful Sunday family dinners.
Surviving are three sons and two daughters-in-law, Robert G. Ruebush and his wife Sandy H. of Verona, Gary W. Ruebush and his wife Julie (Bubb) of Harrisonburg and Randy S. Ruebush of Staunton; a daughter, Patricia R. Trish Allen of Verona; five grandchildren, Scott Ruebush and his fiance Michelle Taylor, Kristy Ruebush, Brian Ruebush, Erik Ruebush and Samantha Ruebush; two brothers, Sigfried Angele and Reinholdt Angele; two sisters, Toni Link and Hedwig Holtman; a special nephew, Rolf Angele of Germany and Pet Grand Dogs, Sadie, Maggie and Ozzy, also survive.
The family will receive friends 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, September 13, 2010 in Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
A private graveside service will be conducted in the Oaklawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens by Tony Hiles.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Make A-Wish Foundation of Greater VA, 2810 N Parham Road, Suite 302, Richmond, VA 23294.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
