Margaret Elizabeth (Nycum) Davis, 90, widow of William Beverly "Bev" Davis formerly of Craigsville, Virginia passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Shenandoah Valley Health and Rehab in Buena Vista, Virginia.

Mrs. Davis was born in Fordwick, Virginia on April 17, 1931, a daughter of the late Sandy Allen and Leslie Irene (Glover) Nycum.

Margaret retired with over forty years of service from the Craigsville IGA, she enjoyed cooking, and was very generous in her giving.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by two brothers, James F. Nycum, Sr. and Harold Bernard "Ike" Nycum; and two sisters, Frances Martin and Irene Fridley.

Mrs. Davis was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Surviving is a daughter, Beverley Jean (Davis) Davidson; and a number of nieces and nephews whom Margaret loved dearly.

A graveside service will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2021 in Craigsville Community Memorial Cemetery by Pastor Garey L. Wilson, Jr.

Honorary pallbearers will be friends and family attending the service.
