Lynda Mae Moran, 77, of Staunton, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Augusta Health in Fishersville, Virginia.

Born on July 31, 1948, in Staunton, she was the daughter of the late Kathryn Virginia Toman. She was also preceded in death by her brother, James Edward Toman.

Lynda was a proud graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Staunton, Va. Over the years, she enjoyed meaningful careers working at Kings Daughters Hospital, Roses Department Store, McQuay, and later as a receptionist at Boyd's Hairdressers, where she retired.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Dale Moran, her two children, Mindy Moran Walus and Shawn Moran; daughter-in-law, Melissa Moran; grandchildren, Tyler Walus, Hayley Rogers, Stephen Dalton, Zoey Moran, and Luke Moran; great-grandchildren, Jordan and Jonah Rogers; brother, Steve Toman; and many nieces and nephews.

Lynda's family and friends will remember her as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who always put her family first.

The family will celebrate Lynda's life at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
