Louise Bethna (Cash) Deaver, 85, widow of Lyle Franklin Deaver of 338 Elm Street passed away, Wednesday, April 8, 2015 in Johnson City Medical Center, Johnson City, Tennessee.
Mrs. Deaver was born February 22, 1930 in Nelson County, a daughter of the late Roy Wade and Maggie Madeline (Fitzgerald) Cash.
Louise was a member of Jehovahs Witnesses Kingdom Hall where she enjoyed bible study and doing field service. Mrs. Deaver took pride in raising her children, she was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and she enjoyed gardening.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Deaver was preceded in death by a brother, Jessie M. Cash; and two grandchildren, Deana Marie Deaver and Steven E. Swortzel.
Surviving are two sons, William F. Bill Deaver of Lyndhurst and Edward L. Pete Deaver and his wife Mary of Lake Monticello; three daughters, Peggy Ann Flint and her husband Ronald Doc of Staunton, Rebecca L. Dean and her husband Bobby of Castlewood and Katherine Sensabaugh and her husband Jerry of Staunton; a brother, Roy Cash of Waynesboro; three sisters, Betty Farris of Stuarts Draft, Lois Ramsey of West Point and Gertrude Cline of Waynesboro; eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
A Graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 13, 2015 in Oaklawn Memory Gardens by Speaker Aaron Richert.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Johnson City Medical Center, 2nd Floor ICU Unit.
