Lori Ann (Franson) Puffenbarger, 43, beloved wife of Michael L. Mike Puffenbarger of 293 Falling Rock Drive went to be with the Lord, Friday, September 16, 2011 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Mrs. Puffenbarger was born June 28, 1968 in Staunton, a daughter of William Carl and Cecille (Neale) Franson.
Prior to her employment with the Coca Cola Bottling Company as a Inventory Analyst, Lori was employed with the office of Dr. Lee Hereford and DuPont Company. Mrs. Puffenbarger was a member of the Harvest Church International in Waynesboro. She enjoyed collecting dolls, visiting yard sales and was active in the volunteer work with Coca Cola Bottling Company with Toys for Tots.
Lori was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Howard L. Puffenbarger.
In addition to her husband of 22 years and her parents of Staunton, surviving are two sisters, Debra B. Bashlor and her husband Robert of Waynesboro, and Alisa F. Moats and her husband Randy of Great Falls, Montana; a brother, Edward M. Benson of Staunton; her mother-in-law, Christine (Harlow) Puffenbarger of Staunton; sister-in-law, Tina B. Carrillo of Short Pump, VA; five nieces Amanda (Bashlor) ONeill, Kristen (Bashlor) Keebaugh, Alana (Moats) Frederick, Cassidy Benson and Isabella Carrillo; two nephews Daryl Moats and Tyler Benson; two great nieces and two great nephews and her beloved pet cats, Buck, Teek, Kali, and Lucy and dog Toby also survive.
A Celeration of Life will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 20, 2011 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastors Gene and Linda Arey.
Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Chris ONeill, Ryan Keebaugh, Mike Patterson, Mike Johnson, Eddie Thomas and Bob Ware.
Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Benson, Robert Bashlor, Dianna Johnson and her co-workers at Coca Cola Bottling Company.
The Family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Monday, September 19, 2011 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
It is suggested that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, Virginia 23060.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
