Kevin Oliver Bottenfield, 59, of North Coalter Street, Staunton, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.

Mr. Bottenfield was born in Staunton, Virginia on October 21, 1962, a son of the late Boyd Archie Bottenfield and Virginia Lee (Buchanan) Bottenfield.

Kevin was a self-employed maintenance worker.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Bottenfield was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.

Surviving, is a son, Chad Bottenfield of Staunton; two brothers, Robert Bottenfield (Claudette) and Boyd Bottenfield (Rhonda) both of Waynesboro; six sisters, Mary Simmons (Garry) of Staunton, Brenda Shoemaker (John) of Waynesboro, Layne Kresenski (Joey) of Henrico, Tina Harris (Matthew) of Raphine, Lisa Randozzo (Harold) of Greenville, and Cyndy Bottenfield of Staunton; and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great- nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Waynesboro Moose Lodge 1309.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
