Kenneth C. Tinsley
STAUNTON:
Kenneth Carson Tinsley, 67, husband of Rebecca (Ralston) Tinsley, passed away, Sunday, June 16, 2013 at the Shenandoah Hospice House in Fishersville.
Mr. Tinsley was born April 10, 1946 in Staunton, a son
of the late Herbert Anderson and Mary Letha (Davis) Tinsley.
Mr. Tinsley was associated with Victory Worship Center
and a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a former employee of the United States Postal Service for over twenty years and was the owner-operator of Tinsley Antiques. He loved antiques and was an avid New York Yankees fan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Sara Tinsley and a sister, Connie Tinsley.
Surviving in addition to his wife of forty-five years, are two sons, Phillip Tinsley and his wife Tina and Aaron Tinsley and his wife Lisa and four grandchildren; Cole, Sara, Carter and Reagan Tinsley all of Staunton; two sisters, Toby Clark and her husband Willie and their sons, Kevin and Derek, all of Staunton and Susan Franklin and her husband Steve of Fredericksburg; brother-in-law, George Ralston and his wife Vickie of New Hope, also survives.
Services will be private.
