Kathleen Mary Sullivan, 64 of Staunton, passed away Friday, May 8, 2020 at Western State Hospital in Staunton.
She was born in Madison, Wisconsin on September 24, 1955, a daughter of Muriel Sullivan and the late James Sullivan.
Burial will take place at a later date in Wisconsin.
The family of Kathy Sullivan would like to thank the many staff at Western State Hospital for their loving care of Kathy over many years.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
